
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
2 c. peeled cubed apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in small bowl set aside. Gently toss apples and lemon juice in large bowl. Stir in cranberries and remaining three ingredients. Add sour cream dressing and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least one hour before servings.
Makes 8 servings.
