Mix all ingredients together, except pecans. Form into one large ball or two smaller balls and roll in chopped pecans to coat surface. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

For the Meatballs:
Mix ground beef, egg, soup mix, and bread crumbs. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Brown in 400 degree oven.
For the Sauce:
Heat sauce until blended. Put meatballs into sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve.
Sauce can also be served over chicken, ribs, or other meats.
