
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Mix ground beef, egg, soup mix, and bread crumbs. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Brown in 400 degree oven.
For the Sauce:
- 1 (10-oz.) can pizza sauce
- 1 (14-oz.) bottle catsup
- 1 (10-oz.) jar grape jelly
Heat sauce until blended. Put meatballs into sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve.
Sauce can also be served over chicken, ribs, or other meats.
